目的 :探讨Graves病 (GD)患者性激素及性激素结合球蛋白 (SHBG)变化与甲状腺素的关系。方法 :采用GD组与正常对照组及GD组治疗前后对比研究。结果 :治疗前男性GD患者结合睾酮 (TT)、SHBG ,女性GD患者雌二醇 (E2 )、SHBG均高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5~P <0 .0 1) ,且与甲状腺素 (T4 )呈正相关 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,男性GD患者游离睾酮 (FT)降低 ,但与T3 、T4 无相关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,治疗后随着甲状腺功能正常 ,TT、E2 、FT、SHBG均恢复正常。结论 :GD患者存在下丘脑 垂体 性腺轴功能紊乱。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between sex hormones and sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) and thyroxine in patients with Graves disease (GD). Methods: The comparison of GD group with normal control group and GD group before and after treatment. Results: Before treatment, the combined testosterone (TT), SHBG and estradiol (E2) and SHBG in female GD patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.05 ~ P <0.01) There was a positive correlation between thyroxine (T4) and free testosterone (FT) in male patients with GD, but no correlation with T3 and T4 (P> 0.05). After treatment, with normal thyroid function , TT, E2, FT, SHBG returned to normal. Conclusion: There is dysfunction of hypothalamic pituitary gland axis in patients with GD.
