目的:研究南马兜铃果实的化学成分。方法:利用溶剂法和色谱技术分离南马兜铃的化学成分,利用波谱和光谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从南马兜铃的干燥成熟果实中分离得到8个化合物,分别为:马兜铃酸Ⅰ(1)、马兜铃酸Ⅱ(2)、马兜铃酸Ⅲ(3)、马兜铃酸Ⅲa(4)、马兜铃酸Ⅶa(5)、马兜铃内酰胺Ⅰ(6)、马兜铃内酰胺Ⅱ(7)、马兜铃内酰胺Ⅲa(8)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从南马兜铃果实中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Aristolochia bicolor fruits. Methods: The chemical constituents of Aristolochia spp. Were isolated by solvent method and chromatographic techniques, and their structures were identified by spectroscopic and spectral methods. Results: Eight compounds were isolated from dried ripe fruits of Aristolochia bicolor. They were: aristolochic acid Ⅰ (1), aristolochic acid Ⅱ (2), aristolochic acid Ⅲ (3) (4), aristolochic acid Ⅶ a (5), aristololactam Ⅰ (6), aristololactam Ⅱ (7) and aristololactam Ⅲ a (8). Conclusion: The above compounds were isolated from the fruit of Aristolochia for the first time.
