本文应用一侧和双侧肾切除动物模型,观察了血清含氮代谢物与血清液递性促肾生长因子(RGF)活性的变化。结果表明,一侧肾切除大鼠留存肾重的增大,伴随着血清RGF活性和血清尿素含量的动态变化,并且二者的变化曲线呈平衡状态。(行双侧肾切除(术后20h)大鼠血清尿素和肌酐含量明显升高,尿酸含量明显降低。) ̄3H一TdR掺入原代肾皮质细胞DNA实验表明,双侧肾切除大鼠血清无促肾生长作用。
In this paper, one-sided and bilateral nephrectomy animal models were used to observe the changes of serum nitrogen-containing metabolites and serum renal tubular growth factor (RGF). The results showed that one side of the nephrectomized rats increased kidney weight retention, accompanied by the dynamic changes of serum RGF activity and serum urea content, and the two curves showed a balance.
