认知负荷在高中数学学习过程中普遍存在,学习环境又是影响认知负荷的重要因素。新课程高中数学学习环境作为当前一种新型的学习环境,正逐渐被广大高中数学教师所青睐。依据新课程高中数学学习环境的特点,我们将通过降低外在认知负荷和增加有效认知负荷等策略来减轻认知负荷的强度,增加有效记忆容量,从而提高学习效率和学习质量。
Cognitive load is ubiquitous in the process of high school mathematics learning. Learning environment is also an important factor affecting cognitive load. The new curriculum high school mathematics learning environment as a new type of learning environment is gradually being favored by the majority of high school mathematics teachers. According to the characteristics of the new curriculum high school mathematics learning environment, we will reduce the intensity of cognitive load and increase the effective memory capacity through strategies such as reducing the external cognitive load and increasing the effective cognitive load, thereby improving learning efficiency and learning quality.
