目的了解北京市高校院前急诊急救工作现状,为规范高校院前急诊急救工作提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查的方式了解北京市64所高校院前急救工作现状,并进行统计分析。结果 64所机构中,参加社区卫生服务的21所(32.81%)。50%的机构能够进行24 h院前急救,78.13%的机构急诊室是由门诊医生兼任。除2所二级医院急诊室设置齐全,制度、流程建立较合理外,其余62所机构有36所机构无急诊室,急诊室设备较齐全有25所(40.32%),制度完善26所(41.94%),流程合理的22所(35.48%)。校园常见急症为外伤(45%)。2012年度急诊室医生接受急诊培训的占67.19%。48.44%的机构开展了大学生健康教育课。25所学校的学生能够参与学校大型活动的急诊急救辅助工作。结论北京市高校院前急诊急救工作不够完善。应按照北京市医政对不同级别的医疗机构急诊急救设施、设备和人员进行统一规范管理。
Objective To understand the current situation of first aid for pre-hospital emergency in colleges and universities in Beijing and to provide scientific basis for standardizing pre-hospital emergency care in colleges and universities. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the current situation of pre-hospital emergency work in 64 colleges and universities in Beijing and to conduct statistical analysis. Results Of the 64 institutions, 21 (32.81%) participated in community health services. Fifty percent of institutions are able to provide 24-hour prehospital care and 78.13% of institutional emergency departments are part-time physicians. In addition to the complete set-up of emergency rooms in 2 second-level hospitals and the rational establishment of systems and processes, the remaining 62 institutions have 36 institutions without emergency rooms, 40 more than 40 complete emergency room facilities and 26 complete systems (41.94 %), The process is reasonable 22 (35.48%). Common emergency on campus was trauma (45%). 67.19% of emergency room doctors received emergency training in 2012. 48.44% of the institutions carried out college health education classes. Twenty-five school students are able to participate in emergency first-aid aids for large-scale school activities. Conclusions Emergency treatment for pre-hospital emergency in colleges and universities in Beijing is not perfect. Emergency medical facilities in different levels of emergency medical facilities, equipment and personnel should be unified and standardized management according to the medical treatment in Beijing.
