目的了解贫困地区农村寄宿制学校小学生膳食营养状况,为相关部门制定干预措施和政策提供理论依据。方法抽取宁夏和湖南贫困农村4所寄宿制学校小学生597名,采用24h膳食记账和称重相结合的方法连续5d记录每位学生的每日食物消耗种类和数量,利用Sata9.0分析软件计算每人每日的能量和各种营养素摄入量,与中国居民营养素推荐摄入量(RNI)和适宜摄入量(AI)进行比较。结果贫困地区寄宿小学生的主要营养素摄取量普遍缺乏,特别是蛋白质、维生素A以及微量元素钙与锌。结论贫困地区农村小学寄宿生营养摄入量普遍不足,应采取有效措施改善其膳食营养。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of primary school students in rural boarding schools in poor areas and provide theoretical basis for the relevant departments to formulate intervention measures and policies. Methods 597 primary school students from 4 boarding schools in poor rural areas of Ningxia and Hunan were sampled. The daily food consumption types and quantities of each student were recorded for 5 consecutive days using a combination of dietary accounting and weighing for 24 hours. Sata9.0 software was used to calculate Per person daily energy and various nutrient intake, and Chinese residents nutrient recommended intake (RNI) and appropriate intake (AI) for comparison. Results The main nutrient intake of boarding pupils in poor areas is generally lacking, especially protein, vitamin A and trace elements calcium and zinc. Conclusion The nutrition intake of boarding students in rural primary schools in poor areas is generally inadequate, and effective measures should be taken to improve their dietary nutrition.
