公司法人结构治理几年前对于中国公众而言还是一个非常陌生的概念,今天,它却成了中国企业高峰会议、董事会议、监管机构、经济论坛和媒体的时髦名词。在全球经济一体化的大背景之下,经过23年的改革探索,特别是10年资本市场的演练与培育,使得完善公司法人结构治理与提升企业竞争能力必然地联系在了一起,使得曾经长期习惯于中央预算制度下的中国公司,前所未有地感受到了股东们要求获取更高股本回报的压力。如何尽快缩小与世界性竞争对手之间存在的巨大差距,有效强化内部结构治理,迅速提升国际竞争能力。已成为中国公司“关”前蓄势迫切需要解决的问题。
A few years ago corporate corporate governance was still a very strange concept to the Chinese public. Today, it has become a fashionable term for Chinese corporate summits, board meetings, regulatory bodies, economic forums and the media. Under the background of global economic integration, after 23 years of reform and exploration and especially the rehearsal and cultivation of 10-year capital market, it is inevitably linked with perfecting the corporate governance structure and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. As a result, Chinese companies accustomed to the central budget system feel the unprecedented pressure on shareholders to claim higher return on equity. How to narrow the huge gap with the world competitors as soon as possible, effectively strengthen the governance of internal structure and rapidly enhance the international competitiveness. It has become an urgent issue that Chinese companies need to solve before their “closing”.
