目的:研究杜仲籽总苷的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:采用二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠角叉菜胶足肿胀方法,研究杜仲籽总苷的抗炎作用;采用热板法、醋酸扭体法、光照甩尾法,研究杜仲籽总苷的镇痛作用。结果:杜仲籽总苷的110、220 mg/kg剂量都能明显减少二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀的体积,杜仲籽总苷的55、110、220 mg/kg剂量在给药后4 h左右明显减少大鼠角叉菜胶足肿胀率;杜仲籽总苷的220 mg/kg剂量能显著提高热板和光电引起小鼠的痛阈值,杜仲籽总苷的110、220 mg/kg剂量能显著地减少醋酸引起的扭体次数。结论:杜仲籽总苷具有较强的抗炎、镇痛作用。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of total glycosides of Eucommia ulmoides seed. Methods: The anti-inflammatory effect of total glycoside of Eucommia ulmoides was studied by using the methods of xylene-induced ear swelling and rat carrageenan paw swelling.
