目的 :构建科学、客观、可行的临床护士核应急救援知识体系。方法 :在已构建的核应急护理救援流程的基础上,结合文献分析及相关规定初步编制临床护士核应急救援知识体系框架,采用德尔菲专家咨询法进行2轮专家咨询,确定指标及各指标重要程度,构建临床护士核应急救援知识体系。结果 :构建的临床护士核应急救援知识体系涵盖一级指标3项,二级指标12项,三级指标48项,专家咨询代表性和可信度高。结论 :基于核应急救援流程的临床护士核应急救援知识体系为研究临床护士核应急救援知识水平提供了科学依据,为核应急护理救援培训提供了参考意见。
Objective: To build a scientific, objective and feasible clinical emergency nurse knowledge system. Methods: On the basis of the established nuclear emergency care and rescue process, based on the literature analysis and relevant regulations, the framework of clinical emergency nurse knowledge system was initially established. Two experts consulted by Delphi expert consultation method to determine the importance of indicators and indicators To establish a knowledge base of clinical nurses’ emergency response system. Results: The knowledge system of clinical emergency nurse emergency nurses included 3 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators, 48 third-level indicators, and the expert advice and representativeness were high. CONCLUSION: The knowledge system of clinical nurses ’nuclear emergency rescue based on the nuclear emergency rescue process provides a scientific basis for studying the clinical nurses’ knowledge of nuclear emergency rescue and provides reference for the training of nuclear emergency rescue.
