建立现代学徒制是职业教育主动服务当前经济社会发展要求,推进现代职业教育体系建设的战略选择。鉴于目前学徒制试点中存在的问题,笔者认为,要做好现代学徒制人才培养模式改革,需要实现四个突破,即:突破职业教育“二元论”的思维束缚、突破学校单一结构的课程体系、突破以学校为中心的教学管理与运行机制、突破传统师资队伍的建设与评聘模式。本文分别针对以上四个方面提出了解决对策,以期对正在开展和将要开展现代学徒制试点的院校提供参考和借鉴。
The establishment of modern apprenticeship system is the strategic choice of vocational education to take the initiative to serve the current economic and social development requirements and promote the construction of modern vocational education system. In view of the problems existing in the apprenticeship pilot, I believe that to make the reform of the modern apprenticeship personnel training mode, we need to achieve four breakthroughs, that is, breaking through the thinking constraints of vocational education and dualism, and breaking through the single-structure curriculum in schools System, break through the school-centered teaching management and operation mechanism, and break through the construction and appraisal model of the traditional faculty. In this paper, the solutions to the above four aspects are put forward respectively, with a view to providing reference for the institutions that are carrying out and will carry out the modern apprenticeship.
