本文用核仁组成区银染技术(AgNORs)对膀胱移行细胞癌47例,(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级分别为17、18和12例),移行细胞乳头状瘤8例,内翻性乳头状瘤1例及正常移行上皮细胞7例进行观察比较。探讨其在膀胱上皮性肿瘤组织病理学中的诊断价值及膀胱癌分级的客观标准。1 结果1.1 正常移行上皮细胞AgNORs颗粒多呈棕色,每个核约有1~2个,偶见3~4个。颗粒多位于细胞核中央,主要存在于核仁内或相当于核仁本身,少数细胞核的核仁外可见
In this study, 47 patients with transitional cell carcinoma of bladder (AgNORs) were included in this study. (17, 18 and 12 cases of grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ respectively), 8 cases of transitional cell papilloma, 1 case of tumor and 7 cases of normal transitional epithelial cells were observed and compared.
