众所周知,晶体溶解性青光眼的最好治疗方法是白内障摘出,即使术前用药物治疗仍不能控制眼压,采用白内障摘出和冲洗前房,青光眼也能很快得到缓解。对于这类继发性青光眼的手术治疗一般不会引起特殊的并发症,也很少见到玻璃体脱出和持续性炎症。晶体溶解性青光眼通常是行白内障囊内摘出术,本文作者对1984～1986年间所作的5例晶体溶解性青光眼行白内障囊外摘出术进行回顾性调查,证明两种术式治疗该病同样有效,
