本科于1996年1月~1996年12月应用酮康唑治疗新生儿鹅口疮42例,疗效满意,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组42例,男20例,女z2例。日龄3~7天12例,~14天26例,~28天4例。原发病包括新生儿脐炎12例,肺炎8例,硬肿症10例,败血症3例,新生儿窒息8例,肠炎6例。其中早产儿32例,足月儿10例。鹅口疮的诊断符合《实用新生儿学》标准。 1.2 治疗方法:在治疗原发病的同时,加用酮康唑。酮康唑200mg研成粉末与20mL生理盐水混匀后局部涂布口腔,每天3~5次。 1.3 疗效评价:显效:用药24~48小时后,口腔粘膜上白色膜状物全部消失,症状消失,涂片镜检霉菌孢子体和菌丝(一)。有效:用药72小时后,白色膜状物大部分消失,症状减轻,但涂片镜检仍可见孢子体和菌丝。无效:用药96小时后,白色膜状物未见减少。 2 结果

Thrush diagnosis in line with “Practical Neonatology” standard. 1.2 Treatment: In the treatment of primary disease at the same time, add ketoconazole. Ketoconazole 200mg into powder and 20mL saline mixed local oral coating, 3 to 5 times a day. 1.3 Efficacy Evaluation: Markedly effective: 24 to 48 hours after treatment, the oral mucosa on the white film all disappear, the symptoms disappear, smear microscopic fungal spores and mycelium (a). Effective: 72 hours after treatment, the majority of white film disappeared, reduce the symptoms, but smear microscopy still visible spores and mycelium.
