研究了YbYAG晶体的光谱特性,通过不同掺杂浓度的YbYAG晶体的荧光寿命的测定,确定了Yb3+在YbYAG晶体中的最佳掺杂浓度,用合作上转换机制解释了高浓度掺杂时的荧光浓度猝灭效应,研究了掺杂原子分数为0.2的晶体微片的激光性能。
The spectral characteristics of YbYAG crystal were studied. The best doping concentration of Yb3 + in YbYAG crystal was determined by measuring the fluorescence lifetime of YbYAG crystal with different doping concentration. The fluorescence at high concentration doping was explained by the cooperative up-conversion mechanism Concentration quenching effect, laser doping of the atomic fraction of 0.2 was studied.
