本文尝试采用化学合成之粉末状羟基磷灰石(PHA)作为乳磨牙感染根管治疗中的药物载体,利用其与药物结合后的缓释特性达到缩短疗程,减少复诊次数以及改善根充效果的目的。结果证实利用PHA作为乳磨牙感染根管治疗的药物载体时,治疗效果明显优于以药棉为载体的常规方法,其中一次治疗即可完成根充者达75%明显优于药棉组(42.5%)(P<0.01),利用PHA作为根充剂药物载体的观察结果证实其成功率(97%)明显优于常规的氧化锌碘仿糊剂(78%)(P<0.05),尤其在髓室底已穿的患牙,疗效更是明显高于常规碘仿糊剂。本文结合文献分析了PHA治疗效果好的原因。
