用电镀方法制作磁性靶材，在真空室中增设磁场进行溅射镀Ni-Co磁膜的方法。此方法已应用于计算机磁盘的生产中。
A magnetic target is prepared by an electroplating method, and a magnetic field is applied to a vacuum chamber to sputter-deposit a Ni-Co magnetic film. This method has been applied to the production of computer disks.
