任何实际的控制系统都包含有饱和非线性特性。由于他和特性的存在,导致控制器产生Windup问题,进而影响系统在较大信号输入时的性能指标,乃至于整个控制系统的稳定性。针对某型号电动转台控制系统中存在的Windup问题,利用基于内模控制(InternalModelControl)结构的Anti-Windup设计方法对转台系统进行了设计、仿真和实现。转台实际运行结果说明了该方法可以有效地提高电动转台大信号输入时的动态响应性能。
Any actual control system includes saturated nonlinearities. Due to the existence of him and the characteristic, the controller produces the Windup problem, thereby affecting the performance of the system when entering large signals and even the stability of the whole control system. Aiming at the Windup problem existing in the control system of an electric turntable, the turntable system is designed, simulated and realized by the Anti-Windup design method based on InternalModelControl. Turntable actual operation results show that the method can effectively improve the dynamic response of the rotary turret large signal input performance.
