目的对不同辅料配伍的苦参总碱缓释骨架片的缓释效果进行研究。方法进行溶出度实验及用酸性染料比色法测定苦参总碱的含量。结果通过溶出度曲线及其拟合方程对不同配伍的缓释材料的性能进行了评价,并得到了缓释效果较好的苦参总碱缓释骨架片的配方。结论单独用乙基纤维素(EC,100CP)作为骨架材料、EC与羟丙甲基纤维素(HPMC)比例为2∶1、EC与微晶纤维素(MCC)比例为1.5∶1、EC与丙烯酸树脂Ⅳ比例为1∶3及海藻酸钠与脱乙酰壳多糖比例为1.5∶1,这些材料配伍均是较好的骨架材料。
Objective To study the sustained release effect of matrine alkaloid sustained release matrix tablets with different excipients. Methods Dissolution test and acid dye colorimetry were used to determine the content of Sophora flavescens. Results The dissolution profiles and their fitting equations were used to evaluate the performance of different compatible sustained-release materials, and the formulation of the slow-release matrix tablet was obtained. Conclusion Ethyl cellulose (EC, 100CP) alone was used as skeleton material, the ratio of EC to hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) was 2:1, the ratio of EC to microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) was 1.5:1, EC and The proportion of acrylic resin IV is 1:3 and the ratio of sodium alginate to chitosan is 1.5:1. The compatibility of these materials is a good framework material.
