目的探讨乌鲁木齐市汉族男性少、弱精子症的危险因素,为汉族男性不育症的病因研究、预防干预及生殖健康服务工作提供依据。方法对汉族男性少、弱精子症患者及汉族男性正常健康体检者,进行问卷调查及实验室检查。并将研究对象分为3组,分别为:汉族男性少、弱精子症组,汉族男性健康体检组。分别对汉族男性少、弱精子症组各166人与汉族正常组各166人,进行单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析,找出影响的因素,并分析产生的原因。结果 1.对汉族少精子症而言,有关联的危险因素有禁欲时间(OR=1.194,95%CI:1.067-1.380),对汉族弱精子症而言,有关联的危险因素有棉籽油的食用史(OR=2.115,95%CI:1.250-3.579)。2.汉族少精子症患者使其配偶有流产史不育的危险性高于汉族正常组(OR=0.315,95%CI:0.180-0.550);3.a级精子总数、b级精子总数、pH值、精子活率、d级精子总数、禁欲时间、年龄7个指标对汉族少精子症的贡献比较大;a级精子总数、精子活率、pH值、c级精子总数、精液量5个指标对汉族弱精子症的贡献比较大。结论汉族少精子症与禁欲时间有一定关联;汉族弱精子症与棉籽油的食用史有一定关联。
Objective To explore the risk factors of male infertility and asthenospermia in Urumqi, and to provide basis for the etiological study, preventive intervention and reproductive health service of male infertility in Han nationality. Methods Questionnaires and laboratory tests were performed on Han nationality with less males, asthenospermia patients and normal Han nationality men. The subjects were divided into three groups: Han men less, asthenospermia group, Han men’s health examination group. Six hundred and sixty-six male subjects with asthenospermia and 166 normal controls were enrolled in this study. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to find out the influencing factors and to analyze the causes. Han Chinese oligospermia, the risk factors associated with cessation of abstinence (OR = 1.194,95% CI: 1.067-1.380), Han Han asthenospermia, the risk factors associated with cottonseed oil Food history (OR = 2.115, 95% CI: 1.250-3.579). (2) The risk of infertility was higher in the Han nationality with oligospermia than in the normal Han nationality group (OR = 0.315, 95% CI: 0.180-0.550); 3. The total number of sperms in class a, The total number of a-spermatozoa, sperm motility, pH value, total c-sperm count and seminal fluid volume were all higher than those of the control group Han Chinese asthenospermia contribution is relatively large. Conclusions Han oligospermia is associated with abstinence time. Han spermatogenesis is related to the history of consumption of cottonseed oil.
