对高温锻件普朗克辐射光谱特性、背景阳光反射强度光谱特性及普通彩色CCD光谱响应特性进行了分析研究,结果表明,高温锻件辐射强度曲线与背景的阳光反射强度曲线具有交点λ0,当波长λ>λ0时锻件辐射强度大于背景反射强度,为将CCD图像中高温锻件与背景区分开来提供了理论依据;采用衰减阳光强度的方法可使λ0左移,并进入到可见光波长范围,使从普通彩色CCD相机图像中甄别出高温锻件成为可能;采用过滤蓝、绿光,保留红光及增加对比度对图像进行处理的方法可有效实现普通彩色CCD相机对高温锻件的甄别,为其对高温锻件的非接触在线尺寸测量提供新方法。
The spectral characteristics of Planck radiation, the spectral characteristics of background solar reflectance and the spectral response of common color CCD were analyzed. The results show that the radiant intensity curve of the high-temperature forging has a cross point λ0 with the background solar reflectance curve. When the wavelength λ > λ0 when the forging radiation intensity is greater than the background reflection intensity, for the CCD image of the high-temperature forgings and background to provide a theoretical basis; using the method of decaying sunlight intensity λ0 left, and into the visible wavelength range, It is possible to identify high-temperature forgings in color CCD camera images. The method of filtering blue, green, red and increasing contrast can effectively realize the screening of high-temperature forgings by ordinary color CCD cameras. Non-contact online dimension measurement provides a new method.
