由于地层中油水粘度比差异大,普通稠油底水油藏普遍具有低含水期短和含水上升快的特点,而层内堵水工艺目前在国内外油田的应用尚处于探索阶段。本文介绍了泡沫剂稳定性、阻力因子以及气、液、泡沫剂比例优化等氮气泡沫层内堵水工艺先导试验研究和现场试验情况。在对部分成功和不成功井例试验效果分析的基础上,初步总结了氮气泡沫层内封堵工艺技术特点和选井规律,以指导下步该工艺的推广应用。
Due to the large difference in viscosity between oil and water in the formation, the common heavy oil bottom water reservoirs generally have the characteristics of low water cut and fast rise of water cut. However, the application of water plugging technology in domestic and overseas fields is still at an exploratory stage. In this paper, the pilot study and site test of water plugging technology in the foam layer of nitrogen foam, including the stability of foam, resistance factor and optimization of the ratio of gas, liquid and foam are introduced. Based on the analysis of the results of some successful and unsuccessful well tests, the technical characteristics of wellbore sealing in nitrogen foam layer and the well selection rule were summarized to guide the popularization and application of this technology in the next step.
