母亲ＨＢｓＡｇ和ＨＢｅＡｇ均阳性者所生之婴儿，随机接种国产和美国产乙肝疫苗，免疫后５年婴儿ＨＢｓＡｇ携带率分别为１５．４％和１８．２％；抗－ＨＢｓ，阳性率各为７６．９％和７７．３％，两组均无显著性差别。
Babies born to both mothers with positive HBsAg and HBeAg were randomly vaccinated with both domestic and U.S. hepatitis B vaccines. The 5 years after immunization, the HBsAg carrier rates of infants were 15.4% and 18.2%, respectively. The positive rates of anti-HBs were 76%. 9% and 77.3%, no significant difference between the two groups.
