对普通中小学校中运动组(320人)和对照组(309人)共629名11~15岁中小学生的血压进行了对照研究,结果显示,在安静状态下,协方差分析后血压调整均数:运动组SBP=1428KPa,DBP=8.08KPa;对照组SBP=14.64KPa,DBP=8.56KPa。无论SBP或DBP,运动组均显著地低于对照组(P<0.05)。负荷运动后,收缩压上升值:运动组为210KPa,对照组为243KPa,运动组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。且运动时间与血压呈负相关。提示体育锻炼能明显地改善儿童青少年的心血管功能
A total of 629 primary and secondary school students aged 11-15 years in the primary and middle school were enrolled in the study. The results showed that in the quiet state, the mean of blood pressure adjustment after the covariance analysis : Exercise group SBP = 1428KPa, DBP = 8.08KPa; control group SBP = 14.64KPa, DBP = 8.56KPa. The exercise group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05) regardless of SBP or DBP. After exercise, systolic blood pressure increased: exercise group 2 10KPa, control group 2 43KPa, exercise group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). And exercise time and blood pressure was negatively correlated. Tip physical activity can significantly improve the cardiovascular function of children and adolescents
