目的 非酒精性脂肪性肝炎 (NASH)可发展为肝纤维化、肝硬化 ,目前尚缺乏有效防治药物。研究茴三硫对大鼠NASH模型形成的影响 ,为临床防治NASH提供新方法。方法 6 0只SD大鼠随机平均分为 6组 ,每组 10只 :正常组喂普通饲料 ;模型组高脂饲料 ;茴三硫预防组喂高脂饲料同时 ,加用茴三硫。余 30只大鼠在高脂饮食 12周后复分为 :茴三硫治疗组 ,喂高脂饲料同时加用茴三硫 ;饮食治疗组即恢复正常饲料喂养 ;茴三硫 +饮食治疗组 ,恢复正常饮食同时予茴三硫治疗。 16周后处死动物。称动物体重、肝脏湿重 ,检测血清转氨酶 ,光镜下评估肝脂肪变性和炎症活动程度。结果 茴三硫治疗、饮食治疗、茴三硫 +饮食治疗能显著降低造模大鼠的体重 (P <0 .0 5 )、肝指数 (P <0 .0 5 )、转氨酶(P <0 .0 1) ,还能改善肝脏脂肪变性和炎症坏死的程度 (P分别 <0 .0 5和 <0 .0 1)。茴三硫预防组的上述各项指标则与模型组无显著差异。结论 茴三硫、饮食治疗NASH有效 ,两种方法联用可增强疗效。预防性应用茴三硫并无必要
The purpose of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) can develop into liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, the current lack of effective prevention and treatment of drugs. To study the effects of anethol on the formation of NASH model in rats and provide a new method for the prevention and treatment of NASH. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into six groups, with 10 rats in each group. The rats in the normal group were fed normal diet. The rats in the model group were given high-fat diet. The rats in the three groups were fed with high-fat diet. The remaining 30 rats were divided into high-fat diet for 12 weeks and then divided into three groups: the treatment group with high-fat diet and the treatment with high-fat diet with anethole and sulfur trioxide; the diet treatment group returned to normal feed; Diet at the same time to thirteen sulfur treatment. Animals were sacrificed 16 weeks later. Animals were weighed, wet weight of the liver, serum aminotransferases were tested, and hepatic steatosis and inflammatory activity were assessed by light microscopy. The results of anethole treatment, diet therapy, anethole sulfur diet diet can significantly reduce the body weight of rats (P <0. 05), liver index (P lt; 0.05), transaminase (P lt; 0 1), but also improved the degree of hepatic steatosis and inflammatory necrosis (P <0.05 and <0.01, respectively). There was no significant difference between the above-mentioned indexes in the ANF group and the model group. Conclusion Anise trisulfide, diet treatment of NASH effective combination of the two methods can enhance the efficacy. Preventive use of anethol trithione is not necessary
