以阮冈纳赞提出的图书馆学五定律为指引,结合移动互联网环境下的用户需求,提出了移动图书馆项目建设的五项基本原则:服务以提供移动阅读为主;为读者提供个性化的阅读推荐;为读者节约阅读成本;重点做资源整合而不是创造;把移动图书馆建设成活的、开放的阅读社区等。
Taking the five laws of library science proposed by Ruan Gunnazan as guidelines and combining with the needs of users under the mobile Internet environment, five basic principles of mobile library project construction are put forward: service is mainly to provide mobile reading; personalization for readers Read the reader’s reading; save reading costs for readers; focus on resource integration rather than create; the mobile library into a living, open reading community.
