我国企业经营机制的转换和现代企业制度的逐步建立,要求企业领导不断提高决策水平。然而,当前部分企业领导中存在的种种决策弊病却与这一要求很不适应,具体表现在: 一是赶时髦。习惯于赶潮流,什么行道热、风声大,就匆忙决定搞什么,结果时常误入歧途。 二是敲边鼓。有的在决策会议上看似发言踊跃、建议滔滔,实则东拉西扯,游离于主题之外。 三是随声附和。领导决策本应各抒己见,但有的参与决策者懒于动脑,别人提什么意见他都赞成,使决策不能体现集体智慧。 四是临场发挥。有的会前对决策内容不甚了了,缺乏准备,讨论中临时翻本子、查数字、找例子,使决策意见的有效性大打折扣。
The transformation of China’s business operation mechanism and the gradual establishment of a modern enterprise system require that business leaders continuously improve their decision-making level. However, the various maladies in decision-making in current business leaders are not suited to this requirement. The concrete manifestations are as follows: First, it is fashionable. Being accustomed to catching up with the trend, what is going on in the street and the wind is loud, they rush to decide what to do and the result is often misguided. The second is to knock the drum. Some of them seem to speak enthusiastically at the decision-making meeting, and they suggest that they actually pull in and pull out of the subject. The third is to echo. Leaders should have made their own opinions, but some of the decision-makers are too lazy to use their brains. They are in favor of what other people have said, so that decision-making cannot reflect collective wisdom. The fourth is to play on the spot. Some pre-meeting content on the decision is not enough, lack of preparation, discussion of a temporary book, check the numbers, find examples, so that the effectiveness of decision-making advice greatly reduced.
