本文通过对参赛“两课评比”的职校英语教师做跟踪调查,并结合英语教师教学能力构成及发展需求,针对英语教师参加“两课评比”比赛前后教学能力的差异,分析并总结出“两课评比”对于英语教师教学能力提升的因素。
