高等数学是高职院校的一门必修基础课,为后继专业的学习提供必需、够用的数学知识,也为培养学生的数学素养起到奠定基础的作用。现在高职院校普遍采用现代学徒制的人才培养模式,这对高等数学教师的素质结构提出了前所未有的挑战。本文论述了现代学徒制下,高职数学教师应具备的素质结构应该包括,渊博的知识、紧扣现代学徒制的先进教育理念、高尚的职业道德、良好的身心素质。最后提出了“现代学徒制”下提升高职数学教师素质的方法。
Higher mathematics is a compulsory basic course in higher vocational colleges, which provides necessary and sufficient math knowledge for subsequent professional study and also plays a fundamental role in cultivating students’ mathematical accomplishments. At present, higher vocational colleges generally use the mode of modern apprenticeship personnel training, which presents an unprecedented challenge to the quality structure of higher mathematics teachers. This paper discusses the modern apprenticeship system, the vocational education should have the quality structure of mathematics teachers should include, profound knowledge, closely linked to the advanced concept of modern apprenticeship education, noble professional ethics, good physical and mental qualities. Finally, the author proposes a method to improve the quality of math teachers in higher vocational colleges under the modern apprenticeship system.
