为研究拼装式下穿框架涵的力学性能,首先以原尺寸按1∶4的比例缩放制作了混凝土模型,进行加载后得出位移及应力结果。通过Ansys软件分别建立梁单元和实体单元模型进行计算,其中结构底部与土体的相互作用通过文克尔弹性地基模型模拟。另外,该文利用有限元方法研究了不同回填土厚度对结构的影响并得出了最合适厚度。最后,探讨了连接处由于钢板锈蚀问题引起的刚度退化对结构性能的影响。经过分析可知该结构受力性能可靠,拼装式框架涵可以在更广范围内推广。
In order to study the mechanical properties of framed under-penetrated frame culverts, a concrete model was first scaled by the original size of 1: 4, and the displacement and stress results were obtained after loading. The Ansys software was used to establish the beam element and solid element model respectively. The interaction between the bottom of the structure and soil was simulated by Wenker elastic foundation model. In addition, this paper uses finite element method to study the impact of different backfill thickness on the structure and get the most suitable thickness. Finally, the effect of stiffness degradation on the structural performance due to corrosion of the steel plate is discussed. After analysis, we can see that the structure of the force performance is reliable, assembled frame can be extended in a wider range.
