本文分析了甘蓝型油菜波里马(Polima)细胞质雄性不育系湘矮A及其异质可育系(即保持系)湘矮B的过氧化物酶同工酶和叶片游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量,结果表明:(1)苗期的湘矮A叶片、叶柄、茎和根的过氧化物酶同工酶谱中均有1条为湘矮B所没有的迁移最快、活性最强的酶带。(2)现蕾期,两系间的过氧化物酶同工酶带,在叶片中无差异,只有在茎和根其活性湘矮A比湘矮B强,花蕾(长约1毫米)中的湘矮A的过氧化物酶同工酶带比湘矮B少1条迁移慢的带,但其迁移最快的酶带活性弱。(3)湘矮B的三核期花药比单核期花药多1条迁移率为0.44的强带。(4)两系在全生育期间叶片游离Pro含量呈“低—高—低”的曲线变化。苗期湘矮A低于湘矮B,而花芽分化之后则相反。
In this paper, we analyzed the activities of peroxidase isoenzymes and free proline (P <0.05) in the male sterile line of Polima, Pro) contents were determined. Hunan A short seedling stage lower than the Hunan B, while the flower bud differentiation is the opposite.
