【目的】建立我国婴儿喂养指数,作为一种评估儿童喂养实践与其营养结局关系的工具。【方法】采用统一自制的婴儿喂养指数调查表对320名婴儿家长进行问卷调查,内容包括喂养决策人、父母文化程度、家庭经济状况、喂养方式、是否用奶瓶喂养、喂养行为、食物多样性、食物质地、频率及量等变量。在单因素分析的基础上建立喂养指数评分体系,采用t检验法评价喂养指数评分与年龄别体重(WAZ)、年龄别身长(HAZ)的关系。【结果】分别建立了6~8月龄、9~12月龄喂养指数评价指标,各月龄喂养指数得分正常组HAZ、WAZ高于喂养指数得分偏低组(P<0.05)。【结论】喂养指数可以作为一项综合评估儿童喂养实践与其营养结局关系的工具。
【Objective】 To establish China’s infant feeding index as a tool to evaluate the relationship between feeding practices and nutritional outcomes in children. 【Methods】 A total of 320 infant parents were surveyed by questionnaire using a uniform and self-made index of infant feeding. The questionnaire included the decision makers of feeding, parents’ education level, family economic status, feeding mode, feeding bottlenecks, feeding behavior, food diversity, Food texture, frequency and volume and other variables. Feeding index scoring system was established on the basis of univariate analysis, t-test was used to evaluate the relationship between feeding index score and age-specific body weight (WAZ) and age-specific height (HAZ). 【Result】 The evaluation indexes of feeding index of 6-8 months old and 9-12 months old were established respectively. HAZ and WAZ of the normal feeding index group of each age group were higher than those of the lower feeding index group (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 Feeding index can be used as a tool to evaluate the relationship between child feeding practices and nutritional outcomes.
