目的检测血浆内皮素(ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在不同病因造成的心衰及不同心功能级别心衰中的变化,研究它们与心力衰竭的相关性。方法应用放射免疫学方法检测了73例心衰患者及32例对照组和20例健康体检者血浆内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽的值。结果各种原因引发的心衰ET和CGRP均增高,ET与CGRP比值的升高程度与心功能不全的程度有关,心衰愈严重,E与TCGRP的比值愈高。结论内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽与心衰关系密切,它们的水平可反应心功能损害程度。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in patients with heart failure caused by different etiologies and heart failure with different cardiac function, and to study their correlation with heart failure. Methods The values of plasma endothelin and calcitonin gene-related peptide in 73 patients with heart failure, 32 patients in control group and 20 healthy controls were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of ET and CGRP in heart failure were all increased. The increased ratio of ET to CGRP was related to the degree of cardiac dysfunction. The more serious heart failure was, the higher the ratio of E to TCGRP was. Conclusions Endothelin and calcitonin gene-related peptide are closely related to heart failure, and their levels can reflect the degree of cardiac dysfunction.
