轴承钢材在带有保护气氛的辊底式钢材连续退火炉中,进行球化退火,可获得球化组织均匀细散,表面无氧化,脱炭轻微、硬度均匀一致的高质量退火材。本文总结了轴承钢在连续式退火炉中进行球化退火时,各种工艺参数对球化组织和硬度的影响。为改善炭化物的颗粒度和分散度,获得不同级别的球化组织和退火硬度,提供了可靠的球化退火工艺。
Bearing steel In a continuous annealing furnace with a protective atmosphere roller hearth continuous annealing furnace, the ball annealing can be obtained uniform and fine ball nodular organization, the surface without oxidation, mild off-carbon, uniform hardness and high-quality annealed material. This article summarizes the effect of various process parameters on the microstructure and hardness of the bearing steel during the ball annealing in a continuous annealing furnace. In order to improve the particle size and dispersion of carbonization, to obtain different levels of spheroidization and annealing hardness, to provide a reliable spheroidization annealing process.
