试验的提出与经过贵州位于北纬24°35′~29°59′和东经104°17′~108°20′的云贵高原东斜面。立体农业特点明显。属亚热季风湿润气候型。田少土多,玉米是主要的旱粮。省内大部分地区年均温为15℃左右。≥10℃的积温为4000—5500℃,低热地区则在5500~6500℃以上。年雨量为800~1200毫米,而夏季三个月中较多。夏季与初秋的日照时数几占全年的半数,这时又是雨、热、光周期,不仅有利春玉米生育,同时对夏玉米的生育
