众所周知,如今在我国,建筑行业正在不断地发展和进步,因此这些建筑企业之间的竞争也是越来越大,由此我们对建筑质量的要求也是不断提高。对于建筑工程的质量管理,它是建筑施工企业生存并且发展壮大的根本要求,因为它不仅是建筑企业良好声誉的前提,同时更关系着千家万户的生命财产安全。这些都对工程项目管理人员的综合能力有着较高的要求。对工程项目的管理需要加强,这就要求我们建筑企业各个部门加强学习和交流,不断创新探索,与此同时,对于过去的管理经验也要及时总结,这样工程管理人员的能力才会得到提高,工程质量管理的工作才会做的更好。本文根据我国建筑工程质量管理的现状进行分析,探讨目前存在的问题,并且提出相应的一些策略,期望对工程质量管理者有所帮助。
As we all know, nowadays in our country, the construction industry is constantly developing and progressing. Therefore, the competition among these construction enterprises is also getting bigger and bigger. Therefore, our requirements on the construction quality are constantly increasing. For the quality management of construction engineering, it is a fundamental requirement for the survival and development of construction enterprises because it is not only the premise of the good reputation of construction enterprises, but also the life and property safety of thousands of households. All these have higher requirements on the comprehensive ability of project managers. The management of the project needs to be strengthened, which requires that all departments of construction enterprises to strengthen learning and exchange, continuous innovation and exploration, at the same time, the past management experience should be summarized in a timely manner, so that project management ability will be improved, Engineering quality management work will do better. Based on the current situation of construction quality management in our country, this paper discusses the existing problems and puts forward some corresponding strategies, which are expected to be helpful to project quality managers.
