尿苷-5’-二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸转移酶(UGT)是药物II相代谢反应最主要的酶,通过催化葡萄糖醛酸与内源性或外源性化学物质发生葡萄糖醛酸化反应,进而影响药物的药代动力学特征。许多植物药及其有效成分是UGT的底物,由UGT介导其催化代谢。本文概述了UGT酶介导某些植物药及其组分的催化代谢和对UGT酶活性的影响。
Uridine-5’-diphosphate glucuronosyltransferase (UGT) is the most important enzyme in the phase II drug metabolism reaction, and catalyzes the glucuronidation reaction between glucuronic acid and endogenous or exogenous chemical substances, thereby affecting Pharmacokinetic characteristics of the drug. Many plant drugs and their active ingredients are substrates for UGT, UGT-mediated catalytic metabolism. This article provides an overview of the UGT enzyme-mediated catalytic metabolism of certain plant drugs and their components and their effect on UGT enzyme activity.
