基于ProCAST的涡轮壳快速铸造工艺设计及优化

利用ProCAST软件对涡轮壳进行三维建模,采用顶注三点式浇注方案进行充型、凝固模拟,观察高温合金K418涡轮壳铸造过程中的流场及温度场,模拟铸件充型过程以及凝固过程,确定铸造工艺,并对涡轮壳进行试浇与验证,最终得到质量良好的铸件。 The three-dimensional modeling of the turbine shell was carried out by using ProCAST software. The filling and solidification simulation was carried out by using the top-pouring three-point casting scheme. The flow field and temperature field in the casting process of the superalloy K418 turbine shell were observed and the filling process and the solidification process were simulated Casting process, and the turbine shell test pouring and verification, and ultimately get good quality castings.
