一、事故经过1996年12月10日,我厂KDN-3000型分馏塔Ⅱ号液空吸附器进口阀支撑架,因阀漏冷而被冻断裂。检修人员连忙进行焊接修复,在焊接快要结束时,突然一声巨响,只见保温材料满天飞,大量的液空从塔侧喷出。跑去一看,发现分馏塔加温管路进口总阀(DN125)前后弯头处整个断裂掉下,液空正从加温管断裂处喷出,操作人员立即关闭热空-21阀、液空吸附器进口阀通空-21,开大吹空阀。此时,主控室显示液空吸附器(Ⅱ)压力为 0.5MPa,塔上其余各参数指示正常。从断裂部位看,焊接处没有焊透,坡口未打。

At this point, the main control room showed liquid air adsorber (Ⅱ) pressure of 0.5MPa, the rest of the tower indicate the normal parameters. Seen from the fracture site, there is no welding penetration, groove did not hit.
