晨间锻炼是幼儿园教育活动中一个必不可少的环节,也是保证幼儿每天户外活动时间不少于两小时的重要途径。合理地安排晨间锻炼,不但能增强幼儿体质,而且能培养良好的个性与创造力,使其健康成长,同时通过活动还能促使幼儿心情愉快,精神百倍地去迎接一天的新生活,正所谓“良好的开端是成功的一半”。然而,在现行的幼儿教育中,晨间锻炼往往不受大家的重视。综观幼儿园的晨间锻炼现状,大致有以下几种表
