目的优化病案复印流程,探讨人性化和多元化的服务模式。方法随机对2013年6月-12月1300名申请复印的患者进行问卷调查,问卷包括以流程图形式展示三种复印服务工作程序并由患者进行选择和对复印模式的信息保密度进行级别评价。结果三种复印服务模式选择的人数比较,预约复印邮寄(快递)856人,占65.85%;现场复印402人,占30.92%;网上自助复印42人,占3.23%。而三种模式的信息保密度和隐私保护性无明显差异性。结论三种病案复印服务模式实现了单一模式向多元化服务模式的转变,体现了人性化的延伸服务。
Objective To optimize the medical record copying process and to explore a humane and diversified service model. Methods A total of 1,300 patients who applied for photocopying in June-December 2013 were randomly surveyed. The questionnaire consisted of a flowchart showing three working procedures for copying services and patient selection and rating of the confidentiality of the copy mode. Results There were 856 persons (65.85%) who made an appointment for copying and mailing (express delivery) and 402 (30.92%) were on-site photocopying, and 42 people made online self-photocopying, accounting for 3.23%. The three models of information security and privacy protection no significant difference. Conclusion The three modes of medical record-copying service have realized the transformation from single-mode to multiple-service mode, which embodies humanized extension service.
