理化检验-化学分册第五届编委会第一次会议于1993年5月28～29日在杭州召开。会议由中国机械工程学会理化学会副秘书长吴毅先生和上海材料研究所技术情报行业处处长、本刊副主编王文忠先生共同主持。吴毅先生对编委会成员作了一一介绍,到会编委听取、讨论并通过了编辑部的工作报告;讨论并修订了新形势下的办刊方针,确定了当前刊物的报道重点;探讨了进一步办好刊物的理论和实践问题。与会者对理化检验-化学分册的办刊水平表示满意,并一致认为进一步办好刊物为科研生产服务,为建设有中国特色的社会主义服务是编辑部工作人员和全体编委的共同职责。本届编委会主编、上海材料研究所副所长曹基文先生受中国机械工程学会理化检验学会理事长、上海材料研究所所长方向威先生的委托就刊物有关问题作了发言,并对上届编委会主编、高速分析创始人、上海材料研究所原副所长周宗祥先生表示深切怀念。会间,华东师大教授本刊副主编方禹之先生作了电分析化学进展情况的报告;上海材料研究所高级工程师(研究员级)吴诚先生作了光度分析进展情况的报告;复旦大学教授邱德仁先生作了原子光谱分析三十年来的进展情况报告。
Physical and Chemical Testing - Chemical Volume The fifth meeting of the Editorial Board was held in Hangzhou on May 28-29, 1993. The meeting was co-chaired by Mr. Wu Yi, deputy secretary-general of Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering, deputy director general of Science and Chemical Society, director of technical intelligence industry of Shanghai Institute of Materials, and Mr. Wang Wenzhong, associate editor of this magazine. Mr. Wu Yi introduced the editorial board members to the editorial board, listened to, discussed and approved the work report of the editorial department; discussed and revised the guidelines for running the newspaper in the new situation and determined the focus of the current publications; Discusses the theoretical and practical issues of further improving the quality of publications. Attendees expressed their satisfaction with the level of running the physical and chemical test-chemical branch and agreed that it is a common responsibility of the editorial staff and the editorial board to further improve the quality of publications for scientific research and production services and to build socialism with Chinese characteristics. Mr. Cao Jiwen, editor-in-chief of the editorial board and deputy director of Shanghai Institute of Materials, made a speech on issues related to publications by the director of the Institute of Physical and Chemical Testing of China Mechanical Engineering Society and director of Shanghai Institute of Materials, Mr. Zhou Zongxiang, chief editor of the editorial board and founder of high-speed analysis and the former deputy director of Shanghai Institute of Materials, expressed his deep memory. During the conference, Mr. Fang Yuzhi, associate editor of East China Normal University, made a report on the progress of electroanalytical chemistry. Wu Cheng, senior engineer (researcher level) of Shanghai Institute of Materials made a report on the progress of photometric analysis. Professor of Fudan University Mr. Qiu Deren made a report on the progress made in atomic spectroscopy over the past 30 years.
