燃烧产物成分分析对节约能源及控制污染有现实意义。文章简述了所研制的燃烧产物连续自动分析装置的基本原理及其装置系统,同时还介绍了采用单板微型计算机实验数据处理装置(软件及硬件)的研制思路及其具体技术措施。采用文章介绍的成分分析及数据处理装置后:可提高测试精度,节约大量测试时间;能及时打印出燃烧工况参数;立即显示过剩空气及CO浓度是否超过规定并为计算机控制燃烧工况打下基础。此装置还为其它燃料燃烧工况的分析研究提供有力的工具,同时促进燃气燃烧技术的发展。
Analysis of the composition of combustion products is of practical significance for energy conservation and pollution control. The article briefly describes the basic principle and device system of continuous automatic analyzer for combustion products developed, and also introduces the research ideas and technical measures for the experimental data processing device (software and hardware) using single board microcomputers. After using the component analysis and data processing device described in the article: can improve the test accuracy, saving a lot of test time; can print out the combustion conditions parameters in a timely manner; immediately show the surplus air and CO concentration is greater than the provisions and for the computer to control the combustion conditions laid the foundation . This device also provides a powerful tool for the analysis of other fuel combustion conditions, while promoting the development of gas combustion technology.
