2003年1月～2005年12月,我们对128例消化道息肉患者行内镜下高频电切除术,疗效满意。现报告如下。临床资料:本组内镜下息肉摘除患者中,男75例,女53例;年龄8～82岁。所有患者术前均经内镜检查,在息肉表面及基底部取活检,病理证实为良性息肉后,第二次在内镜直视下行高频电切除息肉。其中切除食管息肉4例,贲门息肉2例,胃息肉20例,十二指肠息肉2例,直肠息肉12例,乙状结肠息肉52例,降结肠息肉11例,横结肠息肉10例,升结肠息肉10例,回盲部息肉5例。息肉分型:Ⅰ型起始部圆钝,与周
From January 2003 to December 2005, we performed endoscopic ultra-high frequency electrical resection in 128 patients with gastrointestinal polyps with satisfactory results. The report is as follows. Clinical data: This group of endoscopic polypectomy patients, 75 males and 53 females; aged 8 to 82 years. All patients were preoperative endoscopic examination of the polyp surface and basal biopsy, the pathology confirmed benign polyps, the second time in the endoscopic high-frequency removal of polyps. The resection of esophageal polyps in 4 cases, 2 cases of cardial polyps, 20 cases of gastric polyps, 2 cases of duodenal polyps, rectal polyps in 12 cases, 52 cases of sigmoid colon polyps, 11 cases of decreased colonic polyps, 10 cases of transverse colon polyps, ascending colon polyps 10 Cases, ileocecal polyps in 5 cases. Polypotype: Type I beginning blunt, and weeks
