本文首次采用ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ法测定六神丸中蟾毒内酯的含量，固定相为Ｓｐｈｅｒｉ－５，２２０ｍｍ×４．６ｍｍ，ＯＤＳ柱；流动相为甲醇－水（６０：４０）；流速１ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ；检测波长２９９ｎｍ；外标法；回收率为９８．４％；在１８．９～９４．５μｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内线性良好，ｒ＝０．９９９４。
The content of muscarinolone in Liushen Pill was determined by RP-HPLC for the first time. The stationary phase was Spheri-5, 220mm×4.6mm, ODS column. The mobile phase was methanol-water (60:40). The flow rate was 1ml/min. Detection wavelength was 299 nm; external standard method; recovery was 98.4%; linearity was good in the concentration range of 18.9-94.5 μg/ml, r=0.9994.
