研究了热处理工艺对Al-Mg-Si合金导热性能的影响,并从理论上分析了热处理(均匀化、固溶、时效)的作用机理。结果表明,均匀化处理有助于改善合金的显微组织。采用560℃×6h均匀化制度后组织细小均匀,导热性能较好;随着固溶温度的升高,合金材料的导热性能有下降的趋势,在510℃时强度与导热性能达到较佳配合;人工时效后组织中的缺陷得到有效修复,使导热性能加强,使用200℃×6h时效制度较好。
The effect of heat treatment process on the thermal conductivity of Al-Mg-Si alloy was studied. The mechanism of heat treatment (homogenization, solution and aging) was theoretically analyzed. The results show that the homogenization treatment helps to improve the microstructure of the alloy. After homogenized at 560 ℃ for 6h, the microstructure was fine and uniform, and the thermal conductivity was better. With the increase of solution temperature, the thermal conductivity of the alloy material tended to decrease. The strength and thermal conductivity of the alloy material were better matched at 510 ℃. After artificial aging defects in the organization be effectively repaired, so that thermal conductivity to enhance the use of 200 ℃ × 6h aging system is better.
