日本养生学家推广出了一套被称为“西氏健康法”的养生保健方法:睡平板床、枕硬枕头、金鱼运动、毛管运动、合掌合跖法以及背腹运动等六项运动方法。这些健康法可以纠正脊椎的歪斜、弯曲、椎间盘突出、小关节紊乱;同时,促进血液回流,改善微循环降低血液黏稠度,使心脏回流量及搏出量增加,增加身体主要脏器的供血和供氧,从而使人体保持良好的健康状况。
