我们以往的工作证明束缚应激时,动物(大鼠及小鼠)血清中可产生1种分子量为150及370ku的大分子蛋白质,它能明显抑制由ConA诱导的正常小鼠淋巴细胞转化(简称血清抑制因子).本工作在同一模型上研究了不同组织的提取物对正常淋巴细胞转化的作用,试图寻找束缚应激动物血清中抑制因子的产生部位.
Our previous work demonstrated that when restrained stress, a large molecular weight protein of 150 and 370 ku in the serum of animals (rats and mice) can be produced that significantly inhibits normal mouse lymphocyte transformation induced by Con A Serum Inhibitor) .This work studied the effect of extracts of different tissues on the transformation of normal lymphocytes in the same model, and tried to find the site of the inhibitory factor in the serum of restraint stress animals.
