在产妇和脐带血清中发现在混合淋巴细胞反应(MLR)中的抑制活性。几乎在测定的所有血清中,母血清抑制活性最显著,脐带血仅70%有此活性。脐带血与正常人混合血清(PNS)比较前者对白细胞介素-2(IL-2)产生有较高的刺激活性。母血清与PNS比较刺激活性较低。作者用新生儿脐带血清和其母血清为实验血清。10名20—40岁健康志愿者的混合血清作对照。
Inhibitory activity in mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) was found in maternal and umbilical cord serum. In almost all sera tested, the maternal serum was the most potent suppressant, with only 70% of umbilical cord blood having this activity. Cord blood and normal mixed serum (PNS) compared with the former on the interleukin -2 (IL-2) have a higher stimulating activity. Maternal serum and PNS stimulation activity is lower. The author uses neonatal umbilical cord serum and its maternal serum as experimental sera. 10 healthy volunteers aged 20-40 mixed serum as a control.
