一、前言五十年代和六十年代初期,在我国电力和冶金企业,曾建成了一批高度大于50m 的砖烟囱,这些砖烟囱经过几十年的使用,筒身程度不同地出现了竖向裂缝,有的还十分严重。如太原钢铁公司第一炼钢平炉车间的3个砖烟囱,建于五十年代初期,且于1979年用型钢进行过一次加固,但竖向裂缝宽度仍有扩大,现最大裂缝宽度已达40mm,裂缝长度则延伸50m。另外这些烟囱在设计建造时多未考虑抗震问题,在地震烈度较高地
I. INTRODUCTION In the 1950s and early 1960s, in China’s power and metallurgical enterprises, a group of brick chimneys with a height of more than 50m were built. After several decades of use, these brick chimneys have appeared vertically. Some cracks are still serious. For example, the three brick chimneys of the first steelmaking hearth workshop of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Company were built in the early 1950s and were reinforced with steel profiles in 1979, but the width of vertical cracks still increased, and the maximum crack width has reached 40mm. The crack length is extended by 50m. In addition, many of these chimneys were not considered earthquake-resistant during design and construction, and were highly seismically intense.
