“公务员法”是我国总章程性质的关于人事管理的法律,也是我国首次以法律的形式就公务员的管理进行的立法。作为第一部公务员管理的法律,该法有许多里程碑式的创新,但是也存在着一些值得我们反思的不足。在“依法治国,建立社会主义法治国家”的内涵里,公务员依法执政是行政管理良性运行的保障,防止其行政权的滥用势在必行。
“Civil Servant Law ” is the general constitutional law on personnel management in our country, and is also the first time that our country has legislated on the management of civil servants in the form of law. As the first civil servant management law, there are many landmark innovations in the Act, but there are also some shortcomings worthy of our reflection. In the connotation of “governing the country according to law and establishing a socialist country ruled by law,” civil servants in power by law are the guarantee for the sound operation of administrative management. It is imperative to prevent the abuse of their executive power.
